Hi, and welcome!  You made it this far, so you must be serious.  I'll get right to it.  You are probably wondering what makes me qualified to produce such an event.  Or, why would I be interested in teaching other photographers, who would then become my competition.  There is a little story behind this and it will all come together in the end.

First, after completing nearly 200 weddings in 13 years I decided to retire from wedding photography.  You could say I was forced into retirement.  In October 2016, while photographing a bride and groom, a chair collapsed from under me and I went crashing to the ground.  Within moments I knew that my foot was severely broken.  Luckily...(by design, for just such an occasion) I had a very talented and competent 2nd shooter working with me.  Once I regained my composure, I grabbed a pair of crutches and together we finished shooting the wedding.  After all, I take the responsibilities of a professional wedding photography that seriously.

That evening I went to emergency.  Within two weeks I had surgery which included a plate and 12 screws.  It didn't take long to realize that the 12 hour days of packing 15 lbs of equipment on my body, were a thing of the past.  However, I was booked out for nearly one year.  I completed my final wedding September 2017.

So, based on the above information, I hope you gathered that I have quite a bit of experience as a professional wedding photographer. But that is only 1/2 of my skill set.   The other half includes my passion to teach. (Actually, I prefer to call it coaching.)  I spent nearly 20 years as an athlete, making my way through college playing basketball.  Following graduation, I spent the next 20 years coaching youth and HS sports.

With all of that, it was not until my daughter's wedding May 12th, 2018 (literally 2 weeks ago) that I realized how much I missed wedding photography.  That, in combination with observing the constant mistakes made by her wedding photographer throughout the day is what inspired me to take action.

And so you have it.  I have 13 years experience, with nearly 200 weddings, a passion to teach and the determination to execute.

More questions?  Please feel free to call.  This BootCamp is a substantial investment in your future.  I would be happy to answer any questions that you may have for me.

Thank you!
